I’ve had a long-time interest in consumer advocacy issues, and enjoy helping people getting a resolution to their consumer related concerns and complaints.
In 2003, I launched the Consumer Defense Resource Group. The first victory was winning a case against Apple computer over an advertising dispute. Many other successes have followed.
I try to take a unique approach to consumer advocacy and see myself as serving in a preventative and proactive capacity as much as possible. When conflicts or disagreements arise, I try to be a mediator and discover win-win situations for consumers and business owners.
